Played a brief set at CMJ last night. It went well, thanks to those who came out.
I suppose I’ll make it official by saying we start recording our LP this Monday for French Kiss Records. I’m super excited—we’re doing it with Nicolas Vernhes (Deerhunter, Animal Collective, Spoon, Black Dice) at Rare Book Room in Brooklyn. Alot of the stuff we’ve done so far could be considered conservative next to some of the shit we plan to do for the album. We just plan to make a record that makes us happy, and hopefully it’ll do the same for others. We’ll get some pictures up and maybe a few videos as we go.
